Chromebook not connecting to WIFI?
Make sure the Chromebook is connected to the AARP Network (the SSID and Password are available from your LC).
Reboot the Chromebook to reset the WIFI connection, if still not connected.
Contact your site Tech Support person or your LC.
No Internet?
